General terms for loan applications
1. About Simpler
Simpler Ekonomi Sverige AB, registration number 556975-4814, hereinafter referred to as "Simpler", is a company authorized by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) to broker consumer credit ("loans") and distribute insurance, hereinafter referred to as the "Service".
Simpler's authorization can be verified in Finansinspektionen's official register at www.fi.se.
By using the service, you agree, for yourself and any co-applicant, that these terms of use apply between you and Simpler.
2. About our service
Simpler offers a service to compare loans across several banks and partner lenders. When you apply for a loan, you can compare terms from different financial institutions.
You are never obligated to accept the loan or insurance offers you receive. The final decision to enter into an agreement is entirely yours.
3. Compensation
The comparison service offered by Simpler is free for users. If you choose to enter into a loan agreement with one of the partner banks, Simpler may receive a commission from the bank or lender.
4. Credit check and information gathering
When you use the service, a credit check may be carried out via UC AB (reg. no. 556137-5113) or other credit reference agencies.
Even though several banks participate, usually only one credit check is registered with UC.
By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is correct and that you are authorized to share information about any co-applicant.
To apply for a loan, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have an annual income over EUR 8,000
- Be registered and resident in Sweden
5. Liability
Calculations and recommendations provided by Simpler are based on the information you provide about your financial situation. Simpler is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the user.
6. Indebtedness
Consumers should ensure that their financial situation allows them to bear the costs of a loan before entering into a credit agreement.
7. Changes to the terms
Simpler reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any updates will be published on the official website.

9. Complaints handling
If you have questions or wish to file a complaint, you can contact customer service.
